Attorney Tim Evans manages a private law practice in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Mr. Evans holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from The University of Mississippi and received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. After serving with the Court of Appeals of the State of Mississippi, Mr. Evans entered private practice in Hattiesburg representing both plaintiffs and defendants, both businesses and individuals.

While Mr. Evans represents people who have been injured in accidents and on the job; assists persons with wills, trusts, and other probate matters; and practices collections for small businesses, he truly enjoys helping those who are going through a divorce, adoption, visitation, custody, or child support dispute. Tim is married to the former Laura Day of Hattiesburg, and they have two children, Wesley and Sara.
